WLHS Programme 2011-2012

20th March 2012	Our annual AGM at 7.15pm followed by Rev. Norman Stevens giving a talk about "Early Churches in Kenilworth"
17th April 2012	Dr Vinod Patel will be taking about "Middlemarch and the diseases suffered by those mentioned therein"
12th May 2012	A walk around Kenilworth lead by Dr. Richard Morris and Richard Storey, followed by tea in the village hall. Meet at 2.00pm St Nicholas Car park, Abbey Fields (not 2.30pm as shown on outing slip)
16th June 2012	A visit to Atherstone hosted by Judo Vero who has invited us to have tea at her house afterwards.
7th July 2012	A visit to Illmington for a village walk followed by our usual sumptuous summer feast.
22nd September 2012	A visit to Coventry, led by Dr. Nat Alcock followed by tea.

 Note: Meetings from October to April start at 8.00pm, preceded by coffee at 7.30pm, in The Friends Meeting House, 39 High Street, Warwick, CV34 4AX  here.   These winter lectures are free to WLHS members and members of affiliated Local History Societies, we charge £2.00 for non-members - refundable on the night when joining the Society!
